Hello Street Team,
It has been a long while. I have been extrememly busy, but I have returned as Rooney season begins to approach!
I am sure everyone has heard about what has been going on in Rooney world, but just in case you were away as well, here are some important updates...
Firstly, Rooney has left Geffen Records. Read below to check out what the band had to say...
"Hi everybody. We are pleased and excited to announce our split with Geffen records after seven years together. What does it mean for us? Happiness, renewed energy, relief. What does this mean for you? Most likely it will mean a much more prolific band as we no longer need to work at the snail pace of a major...anyone remember our 2 year mysterious disappearing act? Well hopefully, that won't be an issue ever again. We built our own studios and have recorded 14 songs thus far. We believe it is our most exciting music to date. As soon as we finish it up, we'll be back out on the road with this 3rd installation hot off the presses. Miss you all and can't wait to return.

Thirdly, Rooney has been doing a few other things besides recording their third album, such as recording a cover by Roy Orbison as a birthday tribute. To check out what else they have been up to, visit them on their website: www.rooney-band.com
Fourthly, A group has been formed for Miranda on Facebook. I hope everyone shows their support for her hard work and dedication to the street team, and becomes a member!
